A global pharma org wanted to take a modular content system design and modify it a la Monster Trucks. Not only did they want to be able to create modules that could be approved once and used to personalize content via a single channel, they also wanted to use those same modules across channels.
Their internal developers thought it was impossible. And their medical, legal, and regulatory teams were skeptical too. They understand the complexities of creating content that can be approved for use in an email, on a banner ad or billboard, or on TV.
If it were only a single line of content, sure. No problem. But to be able to approve modules in a grid that can go together in multiple ways to enable a personalized experience the pharma world has never seen? That was a challenge.
But our team was up to it.
They needed proof of concept. So we built it.
And we created a roadmap for a a modular content system that enabled bulk review and approval of content that could be used across channels for a true create (and review) once, use everywhere system.
